Practice Exceptional Medicine in One of Portland's Most Beloved Neighborhoods

As we continue to grow, we're looking for an Associate Veterinarian who is passionate about practicing excellent medicine, building meaningful client relationships, and working alongside a dedicated, highly skilled support team.

Our approach prioritizes thorough, individualized patient care and strong client communication. We intentionally structure our days to allow veterinarians to focus on medicine rather than volume.

What that looks like:

• Majority of appointments scheduled for 45 minutes
• Approximately 11–13 patients per doctor, per day
• Fear Free-focused patient care
• High medical standards and personalized treatment plans
• Scheduled appointment model that supports quality care and workflow
• Therapeutic laser therapy
• Ultrasound-guided cystocentesis capabilities
• Strong referral relationships with local specialty hospitals for advanced imaging and specialty services

An Outstanding Support Team

You'll be surrounded by experienced professionals who genuinely enjoy working together and supporting one another.

Our team includes:

• Two full-time Certified Veterinary Technicians dedicated to surgery days
• Two veterinary assistants assigned per doctor
• A collaborative medical team that values mentorship and shared knowledge

Schedule Options

Full-Time

• Tuesday through Friday
• 8:45 AM – 7:00 PM
• Dedicated surgery and/or dentistry day on Tuesday or Thursday

Part-Time

• Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday
• 8:45 AM – 7:00 PM

Enjoy a consistent schedule with three-day weekends every week for full-time veterinarians.
